About Austin Maintenance Service LLC

Austin Maintenance Service LLC has been a full-service general contracting company since 2001 — that's roughly a quarter century of working on homes and businesses across Westminster and the greater Denver Metro Area. What started as a general property maintenance operation grew into the four-category business it is today: cleaning, painting, landscaping, and maintenance & remodeling, all under one roof so property owners aren't stuck coordinating four different contractors.

The company is run by Mariajose Valdez out of our Westminster office. Our approach has stayed the same since day one: "Your trustworthy partner for all of your property needs in Westminster and the greater Denver Metro Area." We work on single-family homes, apartment buildings, office buildings, and retail spaces — residential and commercial properties get the same standard of work.

We also try to keep pricing reasonable and accommodate what a specific property actually needs, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all package. "We offer reasonable pricing and we can accommodate with your needs" isn't a slogan we came up with for a website — it's how the company has operated for 25 years.

Real work, not stock photos

Every project photo on this site is from an actual Austin Maintenance Service job — a shed built from the ground up, a deck reframed, carpet freshly cleaned in a Denver-area home. We'd rather show what we actually built than a generic stock image of a smiling contractor.
